Privacy Policy

Apex Byte Studio LLC operates Work Order Wizard (the “Service”) at workorderwizard.app. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email, hashed password, role, organization. Work order & property data: work orders, properties, customers, proposals, invoices, attachments. Billing: subscription plan and status — card details are processed directly by Stripe, we never see your full card number. Usage/technical data: logs, IP address, device info, in-app analytics. Cookies: essential authentication/CSRF only, no third-party ad tracking.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and maintain the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, secure the Service (including tenant data isolation), and improve it based on aggregate usage. We do not sell your data.

3. How We Share Information

Only with Stripe (payments), our transactional email provider, and the hosting infrastructure we operate — or if required by law.

4. Data Isolation and Security

Each customer organization is isolated at the database level (PostgreSQL Row-Level Security) — one organization's data is never visible to another. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data while your account is active, and for a limited period after cancellation to allow reactivation or export. Request export or deletion anytime at chris@apexbytestudio.com.

6. Your Rights

You may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information — contact us to exercise them.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and not directed to children under 16.

8. International Users

The Service is hosted in the United States and primarily intended for U.S. customers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.
