Terms of Service

Work Order Wizard (“the Service”) is provided by Apex Byte Studio LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“Apex Byte Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service at workorderwizard.app and any related APIs or applications.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.

1. The Service

Work Order Wizard is a subscription work-order and property-maintenance management platform for property managers, HOA management firms, contractors, and maintenance companies. Plans, pricing, and usage limits are described on the pricing page and may change prospectively.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at chris@apexbytestudio.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you retain access until then, and we do not provide partial refunds. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend paid features until payment succeeds or the account is downgraded to Free.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You may export it at any time while your account is active. See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion practices.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access to another tenant's data, disrupt the Service's infrastructure, reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law, or transmit malicious code.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Stripe for payment processing; your use of Stripe's checkout and billing portal is also subject to Stripe's own terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Apex Byte Studio LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms after notice and a reasonable cure period, or immediately for serious violations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
